Your next PCS shouldn’t mean starting your career over again.

The Professional Coach Career Launch for Military Spouses brings together professional executive coach training and practical business development education to help you create a career that can move with you, wherever military life takes you.

You’ll learn how to coach professionally, work toward a recognized coaching credential, and develop the foundation for an impactful and lucrative coaching practice of your own.

72 Hours of Professional Education

Professional Coach Certification + Business Development

Small Inaugural Cohort

You’ve Already Developed More Leadership Skills Than You May Realize

Military life asks you to adapt. To build relationships quickly. Navigate uncertainty. Support people through change. Start again in new communities. Lead without necessarily having the title.

Those experiences can become extraordinary assets in professional coaching.

Instead of finding another position that works only until the next move, imagine building a profession that continues to grow with you. A profession where your experience matters. Your clients can be anywhere. And the professional reputation you build belongs to you.

Two Powerful Experiences = One Complete Professional Foundation

We’ve brought together two established programs to give military spouses both sides of building a successful coaching career.

Become a Confident, Professionally Trained Executive Coach

Your professional coach education is provided through the Leverage for Leaders Executive Coach Certification Program, an ICF Level 1 accredited coach training program.

You’ll develop professional coaching skills, experience coaching others, receive mentor coaching and learn the competencies that prepare you to coach leaders and executives with confidence.

You’ll gain 60 hours of professional coach education.

*Complete certification curriculum, accreditation information, credential eligibility and program requirements are available on the official Leverage for Leaders program page.

Build the Business Powering Your Coaching

Being an exceptional coach is only part of creating a thriving professional practice.

Through Quick-Start Digital, you’ll develop the business foundation that helps turn your coaching education into a viable professional practice. Since this is a self-study program, you’ll also receive 8 weeks of bi-weekly office hours to support you in the implementing the foundation of your coaching business.

You’ll work through the essential decisions around your market, offer, pricing, conversations and consistent business-development activity so that you aren’t left wondering: “I’m certified. Now how do I actually get clients?”

This includes 12 hours of business-development education and support.

Designed Around the Realities of Military Life

Most of the program can travel with you.

Your experience begins with virtual orientation and preparation, giving you time to meet your cohort, begin your learning and prepare for the immersive Leverage for Leaders experience.

The certification program includes a three-day in-person intensive in Tucson, Arizona, at the iconic Ventana Canyon Club, followed by virtual learning, coaching practice and mentor coaching.

Your final business-development experience is also designed to be completed virtually.

That means a PCS during the program doesn’t have to mean starting over.

Your Inaugural Cohort

We’re planning a small inaugural cohort so that every participant receives exceptional support and meaningful access to our faculty.

Orientation and Pre-Work: Monday, December 14, 2026 at noon Eastern

Three-Day Tucson Intensive: February 4-6, 2027

Virtual Certification Training: 7 months in 2027

Business Development: 2 months following completion of the certification curriculum

Investment

Complete Program Investment: $8,000

Eligible military spouses may qualify for funding that can significantly reduce their personal investment.

Because eligibility and funding are determined individually, we’ll help you understand the program and point you toward the appropriate resources to determine what funding may be available to you.

Travel, lodging and dinners for the three-day Tucson intensive are not included in tuition.

Could Professional Coaching Be Your Next Career?

You don’t have to decide that today. Your first step is simply to explore whether coaching fits the professional life you want to create.

If you’re intrigued by the possibility of meaningful work, professional growth, greater flexibility and a career that can continue wherever you’re stationed, we’d love to meet you.

The inaugural cohort will be intentionally small.
