The Leverage for Leaders Management Coach Training Program
The L4L Management Coach Training Program is designed to take the skills you already have, and integrate them using a specific methodology, to support you in being able to elicit the most creative ideas from others. Whether you are working with your team, or your clients, you will know what to do to empower others to bring their best self to the table.
As a manager, you will enhance the abilities of your people to take initiative, work together more smoothly and increase their productivity. You will inspire others as their leader, to bring their best selves to their work. If you use your coach training to begin your own coaching business, you will be able to support your clients to increase their impact, effectiveness and profits.
For the sales person (and doesn’t everyone need sales skills?), you will learn a new way of questioning and listening that goes way beyond simply establishing rapport. You will learn to connect with others at a level of understanding that you have not previously experienced.
In this course, you will learn how to:
Elicit the most creative solutions to challenges within your team
Empower others around you to step up and take initiative
Increase productivity of your team, company or clients
Communicate in a way that inspires others
Be a leader that is respected and admired
Connect with others and understand them in a powerful way
The Leverage for Leaders Management Coach Training program is
a CCE-Approved Board-Certified Coach Training Provider.

What you need to know about your trainers
Hi, I’m Karen Cappello, and you can learn more about my journey to coaching here.
What’s important for you to know about me is that I have been a trainer for 3 different coach training programs over the past 10 years. I have spent over 10,000 hours both in training coaches, and being trained myself.
I have an M.A. in Higher Education, along with being a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education. I am the former Chief Learning Officer for International Coach Academy. As you can see, I have lots of experience both in coaching and training.
Prior to becoming a coach, I was a university professor, president of a semi-conductor manufacturing company and an estate and financial planner. I have worked with executive coaching clients from: Accenture, Manpower and Ford Motor Company.
To me, coaching is one of the best and most empowering professions in the world!
Hello, I'm Scott Masciarelli, PCC, BCC executive leadership coach, trainer, former expatriate leader and multi-lingual avid world traveler. You can learn more about my experience here
I've led multicultural teams through reorganization, expansion, a start-up and a corporate merger, all with a coaching approach. Over 20 years of corporate experience provided me countless learning opportunities and showed me the benefits of creating a structure, standard work and the impact that an inspiring leader and manager can have on a team.
As an executive leadership coach, it's important for you to know that I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation and the Center for Credentialing and Education. I partner with individuals and organizations helping them to improve performance, employee engagement and profitability.
I have been a trainer for many years, delivering courses to coaches and corporate employees. As a coach trainer and mentor coach, I've worked with International Coach Academy, Impact Coaching Academy and The Global Academy of Coaching. It's a fortunate opportunity to be able to share my passion for coaching with student coaches and managers and leaders looking to add coaching techniques to their cadre of skills.
My global experience as a leader, expatriate, trainer and coach creates a unique learning environment suitable for international organizations.
I’ve seen the benefits of managing with a coaching approach first hand and am excited to share this with you and your organization!
