Consistent Client Contracts

Sponsorship Enrollment Application

We’re excited to offer a limited number of spots in Consistent Client Contracts for coaches who are ready to design an offer that creates consistent, premium client revenue.

This 6-week live coaching experience is for former corporate leaders who are ready to replace their corporate income with an offer their ideal clients can clearly understand, value, and say yes to.

Because this is a small-group experience with personalized feedback, we ask that all applicants agree to the following:

Participation Requirements

1. Attendance – Attend the live weekly sessions whenever possible, or watch the recording if you have an unavoidable conflict.

2. Engagement – Complete the weekly offer-building assignments so your signature offer, pricing, positioning, and client-ready messaging are developed during the program.

3. Community Participation – You agree to actively engage with Karen Cappello’s LinkedIn content throughout the program by liking and commenting on posts each week. This helps support the visibility of the program and contributes to the growth of the coaching community.

4. Feedback & Testimonial – At the end of Consistent Client Contracts, share your experience through a short feedback form and, if you’re willing, a testimonial we can share with future participants.

5. Program Advocacy & Referrals – Because sponsorship funds are limited and designed to support the continued growth of our coaching community, we ask sponsored participants to be champions of the work. This would include sharing your experience with colleagues, referring coaches who may benefit from our programs, and speaking authentically about the impact of your experience when appropriate.
